Pregcare

Pregnancy & childbirth preparation

Well-designed pregnancy programmes can help parents-to-be feel informed, calm and prepared. Ours combine practical education with breathing, posture and relaxation practice.

The programme draws on the traditional Ayurvedic approach of month-by-month pregnancy care (Masanumasik paricharya), offered as wellness education alongside your obstetric care.

Every pregnancy is different. Please discuss participation — especially any physical practice — with your obstetrician or midwife. If you have been advised to rest or have a high-risk pregnancy, let us know so we can talk about what is appropriate. This programme does not replace antenatal medical check-ups.
